Sulfosorbon®(H2S) Removal/Conversion-Process
Method for catalytic removal of H2S
Typical waste gas inlet parameters:
H2S content | up to 1 vol.% |
Temperature | up to 80°C typical, inlet |
Typical clean gas outlet parameters:
H2S content | ≤5 mg/Nm³ |
The raw gas travels through an activated carbon catalyst fixed bed reactor. The H2S is oxidised to H2SO4 by catalysis in the presence of oxygen and water.
The by-products may be further used.
